To all qualified participants in Kolluna Al Emarat…Kolluna Khalifa 9Ball Open Championship 2013 please attend the meeting on 20th November 2013 at 7 p.m at Hilton Capital Grand Hotel, Abu Dhabi to receive your player ID and the booklet, failing to do so will result of disqualification and you wouldn’t be able to participate in the tournament.

Dress Code:
      >  Please make sure to attend the tournament with the following dress code.
           Plain formal black pants and formal black shoes, the t-shirt will be provided by the organizer.

The tournament will start on 23 November 2013 at 11am. Please make sure to be there 15minutes earlier. Five minutes delay will result in losing one lap. If you are late 10minutes your name will be removed from the tournament schedule.
